With our Health Professional lead appointment enquiry system some visits to the surgery may no longer be required. When you phone for an appointment to see a doctor or nurse you will be given the option of talking on the phone with one of the doctors or a nurse, who may be able to resolve your problem there and then to save you having to visit the surgery. Many patients have already found this to be a very efficient and convenient service.

There is a small car park immediately in front of the surgery but we would ask able bodied visitors to use the adjacent public car park so that disabled patients can park close to the surgery entrance.

Additional facilities available at this practice include: Physiotherapy, Dental Surgery, Podiatry, Child Development and Counselling - Click here for more information

If you have recently moved into the area and would like to register at the New Milton Health Centre, please bring in your NHS medical card and provide us with details of your previous doctor so that your records can be transferred to us.

If you do not have your medical card, a GMS1 form is available from reception, which enables you to request a duplicate card that will be posted to your new address. When the card arrives please keep it safe as you may need it in the future. Your medical records will automatically be transferred to your new doctor.

New patients may be asked to see a Health Professional at the surgery, who will bring your records up to date, take your blood pressure and confirm any ongoing medication or treatment requirements you may have.
